Staff Sgt. Jonathan Bish, 337th Recruiting Squadron enlisted accessions recruiter from Hickory, N.C., lays out a landscaping tarp April 26, providing a holding area for hundreds of shrubs and flowers slated for planting all over Victory Junction Gang Camp’s 72-acres.
