Baltimore Polytechnic alumni shares game plan for success
Air Force Recruiting Service Commander Brig. Gen. A.J. Stewart presents Engineers player Arnold Farmer of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute high school’s football team a $500 college scholarship before game time at M&T Bank Stadium Nov. 8.
