Baltimore Polytechnic alumni shares game plan for success
Staff Sgt. Brian Anderson takes Michelle Clark of iHigh for a spin on the Air Force gyro ride while Staff Sgt. Ty Lopez speaks with a potential recruit at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium Nov. 8. The 317th Recruiting Squadron worked special attractions at the Air Force-sponsored iHigh Great American Rivalry Series high school football game between 119-year rivals, the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute Engineers and City College Knights. The U.S. Air Force has sponsored this historic contest for the past three of five years in partnership with the iHigh, but this year, the U.S. Air Force raised the sponsorship level by awarding college scholarships, trophies and high-quality ball caps to the winning team, and featured special attractions for game fans.
