Constructive Service Credit now offered to applicants of two Space Force career fields

During the process of becoming a Guardian officer in the U.S. Space Force,1st Lt. Jessica Thompson was recognized as a "She-ro" by the Dallas Wings at a home game in July 2022. She was one of six cyber professionals offered a commission out of 358 Constructive Service Credit applicants. She was able to commission to a higher rank and grade through the direct commissioning program based on her advanced cyber degree, skills and experience, which are considered critical by U.S. Space Force.(Courtesy Photo)
