Lieutenant Colonel ADAM POTTER

Lt Col Adam Potter is the Commander, 348th Recruiting Squadron, 372 Recruiting Group, Clearfield, Utah. In this capacity, he leads eight flights which cover 24 states and the Pacific Rim, encompassing more than 4.5 million square miles. He is responsible for the accession of high-quality recruits to meet Air Force officer accession requirements. He commands the largest squadron geographical area in Air Force Recruiting Service, meeting Air Force accession requirements for rated and non-rated Line Officers as well as for Health Professions officers in the Medical, Dental, Nurse, Biomedical Sciences, and Medical Service Corps.

Lt Col Potter entered the Air Force in May 2007 through ROTC from Norwich, University and became a Developmental Engineer as the Air Force Office of Scientific Research in Arlington, Va. From there, he has had several unique assignments serving as an operational test engineer on the F-35, instructor at Officer Training School, and Presidential Communications Officer at the White House Communications Agency.  He also served in the HQ ISAF J5 as a planner, specifically for customs and border security. Prior to his current position, the lieutenant colonel was the 11th Wing Inspector General.
