Colonel JOSEPH J. EGRESITS

Col. Joseph Egresits is the Commander, 372nd Recruiting Group, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. He leads more than 750 personnel assigned to Air Force Recruiting Service in 24 states, Alaska and U.S. territories in the Pacific Rim. He is responsible for recruiting enlisted personnel and officers to serve in the Air Force and Space Force.

Col. Egresits enlisted in the Air Force in 1994. He earned his commission as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School in 1998. His assignments include duties at the squadron, wing, Numbered Air Force and Office of the Secretary of Defense level. He has deployed to perform Manpower duties in support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He is certified as a Foreign Area Officer focused on the Indo-Pacific region. Prior to his current position, Col. Egresits was Chief, Sustainment and Transition Operations Division, Directorate of Military Personnel Operations, Headquarters, Air Force Personnel Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
