Lieutenant Colonel Millie "GT" Grey-Theriot

Lt. Col. Grey-Theriot is the Commander, 351st Recruiting Squadron, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. She leads a squadron of 100 members responsible for the accessions of new Citizen Airmen to the Air Force Reserve Command. She also advises wing leadership on manning requirements and recommends changes necessary to keep the wings at congressionally mandated levels, while ensuring recruiters target culturally diverse, prior and non-prior service qualified prospects to effectively meet Air Force Reserve Command end-strength.
 
Prior to her commission, the Lt. Col. enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1997 and served four years at Eglin AFB, Florida as an F-15 Avionics Journeyman. She received her commission through Officer Training School after graduating from Troy State University, Troy Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
 
Prior to her current assignment, Lt. Col. Grey-Theriot served as the Deputy Director and Strategic Planner, Commander’s Action Group, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins AFB, Georgia.
 
Throughout her career, Lt. Col. Grey-Theriot has served in leadership positions at the Numbered Air Force and headquarters level, including as Chief, Agile Combat Support and Mission Generation Branches, Force Generation Center, Air Force Reserve Command, Chief, Air Force Logistics Readiness and Resources Division 10 Air Force, and Assistant to the Chief of Logistics Resources Branch, 4th Air Force. Lt Col Grey Theriot was the recipient of the Air Force Reserve Command 2020 Lance P. Sijan Award in the category of Field Grade Officer. In her civilian capacity, she has managed logistics supply chain and distribution for two, notable Fortune 500 companies.
