Chief Master Sergeant REBECCA A. C. ARBONA Chief Master Sergeant. Rebecca A. C. Arbona is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force Recruiting Service, Joint Base San Antonio Randolph, Texas. As the senior enlisted leader, Chief Arbona executes the commander’s intent and is responsible for advising on all aspects of employment, training, readiness, resilience, and development of recruiters and staff operating from over 1,000 recruiting stations worldwide. The command is responsible for all enlisted accessions, a variety of officer accession programs, and manages strategic communication and marketing for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. Chief Arbona entered the Air Force in 1995. She has served in positions at the squadron, Wing, Numbered Air Force, Major Command and Headquarters Air Staff. Her assignments include locations in England, Alaska, Japan, Germany, Washington, District of Columbia and Ohio as well as multiple deployments in direct support of Operations ALLIED FORCE, ENDURING FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, FREEDOM’S SENTINAL and SPARTAN SHIELD.
