Lt. Col. Kristen Clark is the 364th Recruiting Squadron Commander. She is responsible for all Air Force recruiting covering 99,000 square-miles in Northern and Central California. She directs and operates the recruiting activities of seven enlisted accession flights with approximately 90 active-duty and 10 civilian personnel. The 364th Recruiting Squadron is in McClellan Park, CA, and its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen and Guardians for service in America's Air and Space Force.
Lt. Col. Clark is from Langhorne, PA. She commissioned through AFROTC from Syracuse University in 2004. Following graduate school at the Pennsylvania State University, she has held various duties to include Solid Rocket Propulsion Branch lead at the AFRL Rocket Propulsion Lab, Chief of Delta IV propulsion, Academic Instructor at the US Naval Academy teaching Aerospace Engineering and Program Manager for the Long Duration Propulsive ESPA. She has served at the Pentagon as the first USSF S9 Deputy, the first Lead for Women, Peace, and Security, and the first Digital Engineering Division Lead as one of the initial USSF HQ staff cadre.
