318th Recruiting Squadron The 318th Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Zachary K. Garrett, is responsible for directing recruiting activities for eight Officer Accessions flights. They are responsible for inspiring, engaging, and recruiting diverse, highly qualified Airmen and Guardians, while providing world class customer service to the next generations of officers. The 318th RCS includes 87 active duty and civilian personnel, nine recruiting offices with an area of operation that is 1.2M square miles from Michigan to Maine, down to South Carolina and all of Europe.
