The 369th Recruiting Group, commanded by Col. Tameesha P. Coatney, is the U.S. Air Force headquarters directing the recruiting activities of eight enlisted accession squadrons, one officer accessions squadron and one nationwide special warfare/combat support squadron servicing a market size of 84 million people with approximately 961 active-duty and 75 civilian personnel. The group's ten squadrons include the 330th Recruiting Squadron, 331st RCS, 332nd RCS, 333rd RCS, 336th RCS, 341st RCS, 342nd RCS, 344th RCS, 345th RCS and 349th RCS.
The group's headquarters is located on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen to deliver airpower for America.
