The 343rd Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Yu H. Wei, directs and operates the recruiting activities of nine enlisted accession flights with approximately 89 active-duty and 12 civilian personnel. The 343rd RCS is located on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and covers a 370,000 square-mile area that includes Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen to deliver airpower for America.
