344th Recruiting Squadron The 344th Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Benjamin Werner, directs and operates the recruiting activities of seven enlisted flights with approximately 84 active-duty and five civilian personnel. The 344th RCS is located in Arlington, Texas, and covers a 106,000 square-mile area that includes: Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and the southern edge of Oklahoma.
