The 345th Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Matthew T. Novotney directs and operates the recruiting activities of six enlisted accession flights with approximately 81 active-duty and 10 civilian personnel.
The 345th RCS is located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and covers a 118,000-square-mile area that includes central and southern Illinois, eastern Missouri, western Tennessee, Paducah Kentucky, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit the next generation of Airmen.
