344th Recruiting Squadron commander
Lt. Col. Benjamin D. Forest is commander of the 344th Recruiting Squadron in Arlington, Texas. As such, he oversees a squadron of eight flights and 97 people covering a four-state area encompassing 106,000 square miles, and a 10 million person recruiting market throughout northern Texas, western Louisiana, southern Arkansas, and western Mississippi.
