Bodybuilding helps one recruiter lift the weight of life

Master Sgt. Lisa Schuur, 332nd Recruiting Squadron F Flight chief, mans a booth at a Chattanooga State Community College career fair Aug. 30, 2022 with one of her flight’s newer recruiters, Staff Sgt. Holden McLeod, of the Chattanooga recruiting office in Tennessee. As the leader of recruiters in two Tennessee offices and one Georgia office, Schuur is responsible to train and equip her team who covers an 8,000 square mile area. Schuur’s team is also known for cheering her on in her new journey toward getting her National Physique Committee pro card.
