Recruiting detachment hopes to expand Aviation Inspiration Mentorship Wing program to all Air Force flying units in 2023

Air Force rated officers participate in Air Force Recruiting Service Detachment 1's first in-person training for Aviation Inspiration Mentorship (AIM) Wing directors Nov. 15 -17, 2022 at a high school in San Antonio, Texas, with student mentees. During this event, directors were trained on the Air Force's Rated Diversity Improvement initiatives and how they can have an impact on their local communities.
