AFRS MC Intensive Training-

AIR Force Recruiting Service recruiters participated in an intensive training event, held from January 8 -12, 2024, in Alpharetta, GA. Hosted by Jackson & Coker Healthcare, the event brought together 41 recruiters and 9 instructors/presenters. Objectives included learning up-to-date industry trends, observing and comparing civilian sector vs. military recruiting styles, attaining Certified Medical Staff Recruiter credentials for all attendees, networking, and personal and professional growth.
