348th Recruiting Squadron The 348th Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col Adam Potter directs and operates the recruiting activities of eight officer accession flights with approximately 80 active-duty and 10 civilian personnel. The 348th Recruiting Squadron is located in Clearfield, Utah, and covers 4.5 million square-miles encompassing the Western United States and Pacific Rim.
