The 342nd Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Florence K. Yee, directs and operates the recruiting activities of eight Officer Accession Flights with approximately 75 active-duty and nine civilian personnel.
The 342nd RCS is located in San Antonio, Texas and covers a 1.2 million square-mile area of responsibility, which encompasses 18 Central Plains and Southeastern states, including the Caribbean. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen to deliver airpower for America.
